What makes an aerobic routine more effective?
Basically, people would say that it is the persistence and dedication that is put on the routines by the participants. Some would say that is it is in the combination of steps and moves that enables the person to achieve the desired body. However, I would say that, the music can actually do something about achieving a healthy lifestyle.
Just like when we go to disco bars and clubs, we only tend to get interested in dancing if we find the music attractive and lively enough to follow the groove. This can also be true for aerobic dancing. When it is the first dance songs, the routine does not seem very boring at all. However, as the process continues and the same music is being used, the participants would feel uninterested. They will get used to the routines and they will not feel like moving at all because they already think that they are just obliged to move. This is the reason why it would be great to change the music once in awhile. Even more, it would be a lot better to have lively remixes.
But still, the mix of persistence and dedication to aerobic exercise would bring favorable results. Additionally, the right movements will yield wonderful results to the body. However, if the exercise already becomes tiresome and dull, have some change in music and just follow the beat. With that, one would still be able to do aerobics in a more fun and exciting way.
